Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has released the official notification for engagement of 150 Junior Executives on Short Term Basis across nine engineering disciplines under Advertisement No. HAL/CHRC-TAR/RECT-03/2026.

HAL Junior Executive Contract Period 2026

The engagement is purely on a Short Term Basis for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of joining.

• Reserved-category candidates not shortlisted under UR are considered under their respective categories.
• In case of a tie in qualifying-exam marks, the candidate who is older in age gets preference.
• Merely possessing the prescribed qualification does not guarantee an Interview call.

HAL Junior Executive Medical Examination 2026

Candidates provisionally selected by HAL, including PwBD candidates, must undergo a Pre-Employment Medical Examination before joining.

Appointment is subject to a satisfactory medical report under HAL's prescribed medical standards. The decision of the Company's Doctor regarding medical fitness will be final and binding.
