Newly recruited Junior Associates are on probation for a minimum of 6 months. Candidates are considered against vacancies in the State/UT applied for. SBI states there is no provision for Inter-Circle/Inter-State transfer before completion of 5 years of service, except in exceptional cases under applicable Bank policy.
