Who Can Apply

  • Candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • Candidate must have passed +2 Science or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess a recognised DMRT or BMRT qualification.
  • Valid registration/renewal with the prescribed Radiographers Council is required.
  • Candidate must satisfy the prescribed Odia language requirement.
  • Basic age requirement is 21 to 42 years as on 28 August 2026.

Educational Qualification

A candidate must have:

  • Passed the +2 Science Examination under the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha or an equivalent examination; and
  • Passed a Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology (DMRT) or Bachelor in Medical Radiation Technology (BMRT) from a Government Medical College and Hospital of Odisha or another institution recognised by the Government of Odisha or the All India Council for Technical Education, as applicable.

Radiographers Council Registration

Candidates must have registered their name with the relevant Radiographers Council and possess a valid Registration or Renewal Certificate as on the prescribed date. The valid registration document is required during the online recruitment process/document verification as applicable.

Odia Language Eligibility

The candidate must be able to speak, read and write Odia. The prescribed requirement may be satisfied through one of the following:

  • Passed Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject; or
  • Passed Matriculation/equivalent with Odia as the medium of examination in non-language subjects; or
  • Passed Odia as a language subject up to Class VII or above; or
  • Passed a test in Odia at M.E. School Standard conducted by the School & Mass Education Department.
