Eligibility Criteria

Mining Sirdar

Candidates should possess:

• Matriculation or equivalent qualification
• Valid Mining Sirdarship Certificate issued by DGMS

OR

• Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering
• Valid Overman Certificate issued by DGMS

Additionally, candidates must possess:

• Valid Gas Testing Certificate
• Valid First Aid Certificate

Surveyor (Mining)

Candidates should possess:

• Matriculation or equivalent

AND

• Valid Surveyor's Certificate of Competency (SCC)

OR

• Diploma/Degree in Mining or Mine Surveying Engineering
• Valid Surveyor Certificate issued by DGMS

Age Limit (As on 05 August 2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years

Apart from the basic pay, selected candidates will receive DA, medical benefits, attendance bonus, transport subsidy, and other allowances as per Coal India rules.
