Educational Qualification

Junior Technician

• NTC/NAC in the relevant trade issued by NCVT.

Junior Manager

• B.E./B.Tech in the relevant engineering discipline.

Junior Manager (HR)

• Graduate with MBA (HR) or PG Degree/Diploma in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.

Junior Manager (Official Language)

• Degree with Hindi Diploma or MA in Hindi/Hindi Translation.

Finance & Accounts

• Graduate in Commerce/Economics or MBA (Finance), depending on the post.

Company Secretary

• Graduate with Associate/Fellow Membership of ICSI.

Consultant

• Chartered Accountant with relevant PSU/Government experience.

Senior-Level Executive Posts

Candidates must possess the required educational qualification along with relevant post-qualification experience as prescribed in the official notification.
