Domicile Requirement

The applicant must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and possess a valid domicile certificate issued by the competent authority on or before 30 August 2026.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the exact prescribed qualification by the closing date. Any equivalent qualification must be supported by a valid equivalence certificate from the competent authority.

JKSSB Age Limit 2026

Age is calculated as on 1 January 2026.

Candidates should not have been born after 1 January 2008. Ex-servicemen may deduct the period of military service from their actual age, subject to the conditions stated in the notification.
