Age Eligibility

The age will be calculated as on 01 April 2027.

Physical Standards

Candidates should meet the minimum physical fitness requirements before joining training.

• 2.4 km Run - 13 Minutes
• 15 Push-ups
• 2 Pull-ups

• 30 Squats (2 Sets)
• 10 Lunges (2 Sets)
• Basic Swimming Knowledge

Salary & Pay Scale

During training, cadets receive a fixed stipend. After commissioning, officers are placed in Pay Level-10.

Officers are also entitled to Dearness Allowance, Technical Allowance, Transport Allowance, Children Education Allowance, Dress Allowance, Field Area Allowances and Army Group Insurance benefits.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of multiple stages.

Selected candidates will undergo training at the Officers Training Academy (OTA), Gaya.

• Academic Award: Post Graduate Diploma in Military Studies & Defence Management
• Minimum Service: 10 Years
• Maximum Service: 14 Years
• Permanent Commission: Available after 10 years of service subject to eligibility.
