Educational Qualification

Finance Officer (Grade II)

• Bachelor's Degree
• Passed Final CA or ICWA examination

Deputy Manager (Finance)

• Bachelor's Degree
• CA or ICWA qualification

Manager (Design)

Candidates should possess:

• B.E./B.Tech in the relevant Engineering discipline
• M.E./M.Tech in the relevant specialization
• Required minimum aggregate marks as prescribed in the notification.

Eligible branches include:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Mechatronics
• Electrical & Electronics
• Electrical & Instrumentation
• Electronics Engineering (VLSI)
• Other equivalent branches notified by HAL.

Post Professional Qualification Experience (PPQE)

Only Executive Cadre experience after acquiring the required qualification will be considered.
