Qualification: Full-time Graduate in Engineering in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Control & Instrumentation, Civil or Mechanical with at least 60% marks from a recognised University/Institution.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in the power sector in a Government organisation, PSU or private organisation. Out of this, at least 4 years should be with Renewable Energy Developers having at least 50 MW grid-connected Solar/Wind/BESS projects in areas such as Business Development, Engineering, Contracts & Procurement, Commercial, Project Management, Corporate Planning or Strategy.

Manager - Finance

Qualification: CA or CMA (formerly ICWA) from an institute recognised by the appropriate statutory authority in India.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in Finance/Accounts, excluding articleship period and including training period, in Government/PSU/private organisations. Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and Data Analytics is preferred, and experience with a Renewable Energy Developer is desirable.

Manager - Land

Qualification: Full-time PG Degree/PG Diploma/PG Programme in notified Rural Management/Development/Resettlement/Rehabilitation/Community Development/Social Development-related disciplines, or MSW, MBA, or Graduate in Engineering, with at least 60% marks.

Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification executive experience in land acquisition, aggregation or management. At least 4 years should be with Renewable Energy Developers having at least 50 MW grid-connected Solar/Wind/BESS projects.

Govt/PSU candidates: Candidates currently working in Government organisations/PSUs should have at least 2 years experience in the scale of Rs 60,000-1,80,000 or above (E3 or equivalent) out of the required 10 years' executive experience.
