Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) is a Mini Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Established in 2006, SPMCIL is wholly owned by the Government of India and is responsible for manufacturing high-security products essential to the country's financial and administrative systems.

SPMCIL operates nine production units across India, including currency printing presses, security paper mills, mints, and security printing presses. These units manufacture banknotes, coins, passports, postage stamps, non-judicial stamp papers, security documents, cheque paper, and various government security products.
