IOCL Panipat Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must satisfy the prescribed educational qualification and age limit as on 31 July 2026.

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprenticeship Rules, and IOCL guidelines. The notification does not specify the exact stipend amount.

IOCL Panipat Apprentice Selection Process

Selection will be based entirely on merit. There is no written examination or interview.

Step 1: Register on NAPS/NATS

• Trade Apprentice Codes 101, 102, 108, 109, 110, 111: Apply through the NAPS Portal.
• Technician Apprentice Codes 104, 105, 106, 107: Apply through the NATS Portal.

Step 2: Submit Additional Details

• Visit the official IOCL website.
• Open the recruitment page.
• Fill in the Microsoft Form provided in the notification.
• Submit the form after verifying all information.
