Candidates must fulfill the educational qualification and age limit prescribed for the respective post.

Educational Qualification

Social Worker

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University and
• One-year Diploma in Social Work with one year experience

OR

• Postgraduate Degree in Sociology from a recognized University.

Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
• Minimum three years' experience in correspondence work in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector/Autonomous Organizations.
• Knowledge of office procedures and rules.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

• 12th Pass from a recognized Board.
• Typing Speed:
  • English - 35 WPM
  • Hindi/Tamil - 30 WPM

CCRS Age Limit

As on 01 January 2026

Social Worker

• Maximum Age: 30 Years

LDC & UDC

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 27 Years

Age relaxation is applicable as per Central Government rules.

CCRS Salary 2026

Employees will also receive DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, Medical Benefits, Pension, Leave Benefits, and other Central Government allowances.
